If sending a Check in the mail: :
Step 1: Print out the RESERVATION FORM .
Step 2: Insert check and put in the mail to Anne Kuhns as stated on the form.

Reservations through Paypal: Step 1: Select how many reservations you will need for the ODS Summer Meeting in the shopping cart under Quantity.(Shopping cart will open in new window) Step 2.Select which days you are attending Step 3.Click the Pay Now button and Make your payment through paypal, copy your transaction id number Step 4. Check your email for confirmation, this will show your transaction ID, forward your email to Anne Kuhns at akuhns@atlasok.net. "(There is a transaction fee of 2.2% of the total dollar amount plus .30 for your reservation. We are charged this fee by Payal to use their service)" You can always pay by check to avoid this fee.
